Snoring Solution

Prevent Snoring Using Exercises

Are you tired of getting yelled at by your spouse? Many people around the world have to deal with this on a regular basis For the most part you don't need to do anything super special to stop from snoring All you have to do is exercise. Doing these few exercises for snoring will help you a lot.

You will find that much of your snoring comes from having blocked passages. These exercises will help you to open your passages and relax your jaw to stop snoring. The nice thing is that these exercises are easy and done in a few minutes. It is important to understand however, that these are not just a quick fix. There is not magic bullet here, so it is advised to pick up some earplugs for your partner so they will still sleep as you fix your problem with snoring.

We will start off with chewing. You want to work on loosening your jaw so the chewing action helps to do just that. Chew a stick of gum everyday and you can get a stronger jaw in a few days. If you do not have gum, you can pretend chew as well. By going through the motions of chewing you are helping to loosen your jaw.

Streching your jaw is another excellent thing to do as well. To accomplish this just jut your jaw way out in front of you, like a monkey. You want to hold this funny looking pose for about ten seconds. To get the benefits of this you will need to do it about ten times.. You might find out that this makes your jaw sore. Most people just don't put their jaw muscles enough so even these small projects can hurt.

It is also very helpful, and you can get an anti snoring pillow to help, but elevate your head when you go to bed. When your spouse hears you snoring at night just ask them to raise your head by pushing up your chin. When you do that you are relaxing your jaw so that you can open your throat.
